The Excellence Group's Jamaica entry. Oyster Bay is the brand's strict-couples Falmouth property, scoring 93.3 at $5,597 — among the better score-to-price in Jamaica's strict-adults tier. The property opened relatively recently (2018) and the build quality shows: rooms larger than the Sandals equivalent, suites with rooftop terraces and private plunge pools, and a food program that leans on the operator's stronger Mexican playbook.

Falmouth is a non-obvious choice. The town sits between Mo Bay and Ocho Rios — roughly 35 minutes east of MBJ — closer to the airport than Ocho Rios but further than the Mo Bay strip. Excursion access to Dunn's River Falls and the Luminous Lagoon is better here than from Mo Bay.

What you're paying for: the strictest couples enforcement in Jamaica's mid-premium tier, with build quality ahead of the brand-name competition at similar price. The trade-off is that Excellence has less US brand recognition than Sandals, which makes the booking process and post-purchase support a tier behind. For couples comfortable with a less-marketed brand who want the better room and food, this beats most Sandals on the island.
