The Aerial, BVI

What it is.
The most expensive all-inclusive on the index and one of only two perfect scorers. The Aerial is a 7-villa private-island resort in the British Virgin Islands — buyout-capable, 27 acres, an in-house chef, and the kind of full-property booking that makes the "all-inclusive" label genuinely meaningful (alcohol, meals, watersports, and a private staff included by default).
The math is what it is. A week here runs north of $19,000 per couple at standard occupancy, and the property's strongest configuration is a group buyout — the per-week cost spreads across friends or family, which is how most Aerial bookings actually happen. The product isn't a hotel; it's closer to a private estate rental with hotel service.
What you're paying for: total isolation, a staff-to-guest ratio no large AI can approximate, and the rare combination of "all-inclusive" and "no one else on property." The trade-off is the BVI logistics — a flight to Tortola, a boat transfer, and the small-island infrastructure that doesn't compete with mainland convenience. For the multi-generational reunion or the milestone-event buyout, The Aerial has no real peer. For anything else, it's a stretch.
